Rachael M. Jones LMFT, PMH-C

I'm a couple and family therapist and perinatal mental health specialist dedicated to helping clients understand themselves and their relationships. Using compassion, curiosity, and humor, I focus on strengths, addressing challenges, and supporting growth. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, tailored to your needs whether you're facing perinatal concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

I hold certifications in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), Gottman Method Levels 1 and 2, EMDR, and mediation. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, music, and spending time with my family. I'm here to support you on your journey toward real progress.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in a systemic view, focusing on relationship patterns and dynamics that affect the whole family. I specialize in relational issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and more. I’m trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2) and use techniques like play therapy with children and empowerment strategies with families and adults.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Purdue University Northwest and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Missouri State University. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, crafting, and spending time with loved ones.
